Having a double chin doesn’t always mean that you are overweight, it can be genetic and it can be a result of your skin sagging as you get a bit older. 1. Chew gum

The easiest way to tone up your jawline and chin is to chew gum a few times a day. Chewing gum doesn’t stop you from working, or get in the way of anything else you might be doing, so you could be exercising your chin at any time of the day. It also has the added benefit of being good for your teeth, because it helps to remove bits of food from between your teeth, as well as plaque.


2. Wheat germ oil
